Retreat Class Descriptions
This serves as an overview of the topics that will be addressed during the retreats. These class descriptions provide insight into the content you can expect to learn from the instructors.
Dr. Florida will provide classes during the retreat for Empaths. The classes will be levels 1-3. We will start with discussing who an empath is, how they relate to the world around them and how the world reacts to them. The classes will progress to discuss daily challenges that empaths face and how to better manage the world as an empath with techniques for daily care. There will be techniques to manage relationships, public settings, work - life, energy management, self-care, mental - emotional detox and so much more. As part of the retreat attendees of the classes will be gifted with a copy of Dr. Florida's newest book for empaths as well as access to her online training portal for more training after the retreat! Private sessions in healing will be available to attendees to book separately.
